I’m an executive assistant, operations partner and builder: the person founders, executives, organisations and busy leaders bring in when work needs to move from chaotic to organised, and organised to scaling.
My work sits where operations, clear communication and digital tools meet. As an executive assistant, my job is to protect the 20% of work only a leader can do by handling the 80% that happens behind the scenes: calendars and inboxes, travel, meetings and minutes, budgets running into millions of naira, and the people and partners who need following up.
I don’t keep admin and technology in separate boxes. When an event needs a registration form and check-in, or a business needs a booking page so customers stop asking for prices in DMs, I build it myself with modern web and mobile tools. You get one partner who understands the goal and can build what gets you there.
Service matters to me beyond paid work. Since May 2024 I’ve volunteered with the Educate Her Initiative, which gives young women and girls in Afghanistan free English classes. I coordinate classes and student records remotely across three time zones, and I run volunteer teacher recruitment, from the application form to shortlisting, interviews and grading.
I also build things of my own. Simble, Jiggy and Detour each started as a problem I had myself, and I took each one from an idea to a working app.
