Supporting leaders behind the scenes.
Two roles where my job was to keep a leader’s inbox, calendar, records and follow-ups under control, one in person and one fully remote.

Personal Assistant to the Financial Secretary
August 2025 – September 2026
I ran the office side of an elected student leader’s role: inbox, official letters, calendar, meetings and the committee behind two flagship projects. My job was to keep the admin moving so he could focus on decisions.
Inbox, calendar and meetings
- Sorted all incoming mail and messages and managed his calendar so nothing got stuck waiting on him
- Drafted official letters, including invitations to senior executives and government officials
- Took minutes at committee meetings and followed up on actions every week
- Kept decisions and financial negotiations confidential
Budgets, purchases and the team
- Tracked budgets and line items across two flagship projects worth ₦15.8M combined
- Handled purchases and payments on his behalf, with records for each
- Set up the committee’s teams, assigned roles and kept everyone on one task tracker
- Kept registration, protocol and media teams talking to each other

Volunteer Coordinator (Student Data & Class Operations), Educate Her Initiative
May 2024 – present
Educate Her gives young women and girls in Afghanistan free English classes. I coordinate classes and student records remotely across three time zones, and I run recruitment for the volunteer teachers who make the classes possible.
Classes and records
- Built Google Forms and Sheets trackers with built-in checks, so records stay clean across three time zones
- Keep attendance and student records accurate across class groups in three countries
- Keep sensitive student and volunteer details in restricted-access files
- Schedule volunteer teachers around their time zones and internet access
Volunteer teacher recruitment
- Built the application form volunteers use to apply
- Shortlist applicants against the required English proficiency levels
- Create interview meeting links and schedule interviews by email
- Email successful applicants with their next steps
- Built grading sheets in Google Sheets with formulas and data validation, so every candidate is scored the same way
What changed
- 100% accuracy on attendance and student records
- A repeatable recruitment process, from application to offer
- Recognised by the organisation’s leadership for reliable, consistent work across borders
